| NCF PRESS-FIT SYSTEM
NC jointing unit for press-fit operations with force-displacement monitoring and control system as well as integrated sensory analysis NCF-press-module.
NCF press-fit system is for automatic production plants and for manual manufacturing. The NCF press-module is installed inside an aluminum housing along with a displacement sensor, a position encoder and a strain gage force sensor.
Signal conditioning of the sensors is performed by the DMF-P V3 monitoring system. It features an AC servo motor that ensures a constant speed and process rate.
The NCF press-fit module may be installed both vertically and horizontally.
A feather key and 4 cylinder head screws with hexagon socket (M 10 DIN 912) are provided so that the jointing unit can be fixed to a machine rack.The tappet of the spindle has a tool holder hole according to DIN 810. All the moved parts have lifetime lubrication.
NCF WITH DMF-P V3
The control of jointing and the NCF press module is performed by the DMF-P V3 monitoring system. This system can be used for controlling all parameters: power, parameter assignment, visualization, evaluation and selection of the jointing connection.
The DMF-P V3 is a compact instrument that displays the force-displacement measurement graphically and continuously evaluates all phases of a process by means of programmable tolerance windows.

NCFH THE COMPACT SOLUTION
The sizes of NC press modules that have been available on the market have not always been suited for precision assembly tasks, as for example in the automotive production and assembly of electronic components. Due to the construction sizes short displacements between the single workstations were not possible in direct approach.
Cycles of the stations had to be changed, resulting in longer cycle times.
The NCFH press modules are constructed considerably shorter.
Since the spindle is arranged inside of the hollow shaft motor, extremely compact dimensions can be obtained. There are no space claiming attached motors, or motors with lateral flange connection, which allows very small displacements between workstations in direct approach. No gear – no clearance allows for high dynamic and high speed.
The NCFH press modules are installed in an aluminum housing, where inside the housing the displacement sensor is integrated as absolute encoder and the force sensor in strain-gauge technology.
